Lighter Nights have arrived and Summer is on it's way. Now is the time to get active and make the most of our Spring / Summer months.
Walking Rugby is proving a real success at MV giving an opportunity for older players and total novices to enjoy our sport at a slower pace and without the full on contact.
We have a good core group of friendly players and numbers are picking up nicely with new players arriving frequently but new players are always welcome - rekindle your love for the game ! Great for total novices too who may want to get a taste - no pressure at all.
We now have over 20 players turning out regularly and the game is being enjoyed by all - would be good to see a few more getting involved so we can break into more teams and have a contest.
The sessions are suited to over 45's ideally (but open to anyone interested really) and does not involve any heavy physical contact and can be played by males and females alike.
You may want some gentle yet competitive exercise to ease you away from the TV or Trafford Centre, you may be recovering from illness and need to increase your exercise.
Whatever the reason you will be welcome at Trafford MV on Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm.
We are also have a Touch Rugby session on Thursday evenings to our schedule for those wanting a slightly faster pace of game - Same Time - Same Place.

There are changing facilities if required. You will find us near the floodlit training area.
The sessions last for around an hour - in size bite chunks - and is followed by a social drink in MV's well stocked bar afterwards.
